The Copper Monkey is a full service restauraunt and full service bar.  Our food is fabulous- try the Mississippi-style ribs, absolutely the best in town, and a marvelous island-style Mai Tai- the perfect companion cocktail. Or try spicy Bourbon Street Pasta, the recipe for which was handed down to our executive chef from his southern parents. We offer so much more than simply quality, value-priced dining. We provide a full catering service that creates a custom menu specifically for the occasion at hand. We are an event center and a meeting place. Corporate teams from Intel, Nike, Les Schwab Tires, and Tektronix as well as social groups such as the Beaverton Lions Club, the Portland Porshe Club, and the Mustang Wranglers are but a few of our “regulars” that meet to conduct business and unwind.
